- Reverse Made Easy® – Our program for first-time reverse mortgage originators. You work closely with Longbridge to guide borrowers through the application process while Longbridge manages underwriting, closing, and funding.
- Broker – You assist borrowers through the application and counseling process while Longbridge handles underwriting, document preparation, closing, and funding. Loans are closed in Longbridge’s name.
- Principal Agent – You guide borrowers through the application and counseling processes while Longbridge handles underwriting and documentation. Loans are closed in your name as the lender, and you are responsible for funding.
- Correspondent – You originate, underwrite, process, close and fund loans. After funding, loans are submitted to Longbridge for purchase and servicing.
